Big Bad Con and some new collaborative projects
First of all, I’m going to be at Big Bad Con this weekend! Starting tomorrow. Say hi if you see me. I guess very few of you know what I look like though.
Secondly, several years ago, I started putting together a 5E adventure with a bunch of friends. It’s finally finished! It’s in the style of an Exquisite Corpse: we agreed on some elements to tie each part of the adventure together, which is made up of an art gallery full of pocket universes.
It’s called Exquisite Corpse: An Art Installation by the Exquisite Society. There are PDF and POD options, and it’s a 5E adventure. You could maybe run it in something else.
I contributed a whalefall-themed adventure, and this map (for someone else’s adventure) that I’m quite proud of.
Adventure Bundle
I’m also in an adventure bundle! A Gathering Storm for Cairn is one of the 12 adventures for only $30, along with many great other adventures you should check out.
What’s Coming Next
I was going to write a bit more about what I’m planning in the future, but I realized I need to get this out before I go to Big Bad Con or it’ll never happen. I’ve kind of taken a bit of a break from TTRPG writing on account of some non-TTRPG related stuff that’s happened in my life, but hope to get back to it after this weekend. This update is all collaborative projects because it’s mostly been someone else who has been taking the initiative lately.
I want to finish up my free, HTML-based, solo cairn adventure A Stolen Sword in a Dark Forest, as well as some other small, free adventures.
I’ve also been drawing a picture of a person almost every day because I’m not very confident in my ability to draw people. I want to get more confident in my drawing abilities.
